Refund policy

At House of Riga, each product is carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled

No Returns / No Refunds

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds once products are sold and delivered

  • All purchases made on House of Riga are considered final

Sale Items

  • Products purchased under sale or promotional offers are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable

Exchange Policy (Limited Eligibility)

We offer exchanges only in specific eligible scenarios.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Request must be raised within 5 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, unworn

  • Product must be in original condition with all tags intact

  • Product must not be damaged in any way

All exchange requests are subject to approval and product availability.

Non-Eligible for Exchange

  • Sale items

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Used, washed, or damaged products

  • Requests raised after 5 days

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available on select orders

  • A nominal confirmation fee may be charged for COD orders

  • This amount will be adjusted in the final payable amount

House of Riga reserves the right to verify COD orders before dispatch.
